Kachori Chat with Cardamom tea😍😍

The perfect combo to have on a rainy day. While I had gone for an event in City on a rainy evening, I came across a tiny shop which had a queue to the likes of Pick. I wondered what's selling like hotcakes. And then on my way back, I asked for a queue of Cardamom tea and their famous Kachori chat.

Cardamom tea wasn't like the sugar rush chai we usually have at Indian joints. It was a perfectly balanced amount of Cardamom, the right amount of sugar, perfectly brewed tea. It was very nice, I felt like gulping down few more ...I'm salivating just talking about it, lol 😅

Name of the place- U.P. Kachori Wala

The Kachori chat was served with a generous amount of curd, sev, mint chutney and sweet chutney with pomegranate seeds and Chaat masala on the top... I went crazy with the crunch of the Kachori and pomo seeds.
